Product Academy User Guide
Welcome to our new learning management system! This guide will help you navigate the platform, access your courses, and make the most of your online learning experience.
Getting Started
Access Requirements
Before you begin using our Product Academy platform, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- BDT Online Account: You must have a valid BDT Online account to access the learning platform.
- Assigned Cohort: Your access to specific courses and categories is determined by your assigned cohort level.
If you don't have a BDT Online account or experiencing access issues, please contact marketing@bdt.co.nz for assistance.
What is a Cohort?
A cohort is simply a group of users who have access to specific courses and categories based on their role or area of work. It helps ensure that you're only seeing the training that’s relevant to you.
For example, if you're in a Retail role, you'll be assigned to the Retail cohort. This means only Retail-specific courses and categories will be visible on your dashboard.
