Ceiling Cassette, 4-way airflow - 950x950mm
The larger 950x950mm power cassette VBM offers 72 different airflow patterns, making it ideal for applications with
ceilings up to 4.2 meters in height. With optional: 360º i-See temperature sensor, and an automatic elevating panel.

Wide Airflow
The new horizontal vane provides wide-angle airflow, ensuring wall-to-wall cooling. The improved
design has reduced the fan speed by 20%, helping to eliminate draughts.
Less Cold Draft
The newly adopted "cool draught reduction mode" ensures the cool air is distributed horizontally.
This mode eliminates direct currents of cold air to avoid a draughty sensation.

Independant Vane Direction setting
The airflow direction of each vane can be easily adjusted and controlled via a wired remote controller.
Adjusting the vane directions makes our PLFY-VBM series suitable for many different interior layouts, and can
also cater for cooling & heating requirements during seasonal transitions.
Wave Airflow Mode for Heating
The vanes can be programmed to swing automatically to provide better airflow distribution.
A time lag between vane movements minimises any temperature disparities in the room.
Auto Fan Speed Mode
For improved comfort levels, the fan speed adjusts automatically according to the difference
between the room temperature and desired set temperature. In cooling mode, operation starts
with a high fan speed, and then automatically decreases once the room temperature reaches the desired set point.
Quiet Operation
Quiet operation is assured thanks to improved airflow distribution and the larger sized fan.

Optional: 360º i-See Temperature Sensor
The "i-see" sensor is a radiant temperature sensor, an engineering concept exclusive to
Mitsubishi Electric. Capable of taking readings by rotating 360°, the i-see sensor can measure
and correct temperatures at floor level, providing you with complete control and comfort.
