MSZ-FB35VAH HyperCore® Inverter Cash Back Terms & Conditions

Other information
|
1. The Promoter is Black Diamond Technologies Ltd (BDT Ltd. - Exclusive New Zealand
distributor of Mitsubishi Electric). The term of the promotion is from
midnight 1st February 2010 until midnight 31st March 2010.
2. The Cash Back Offer applies to residential sales of the following -
a $300 (incl. GST) cash-back on an MSZ-FB35VAH HyperCore® Inverter High Wall
Heat Pump. The cash back will be processed upon the receipt of: a) proof
of purchase of the Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-FB35VAH HyperCore® Inverter High Wall Heat
Pump and b) a completed Proof of Purchase Form. No other Mitsubishi Electric
Heat Pumps, products or installations are eligible for the cash back.
3. The Cash Back only applies to sales of the MSZ-FB35VAH HyperCore® Inverter High
Wall Heat Pump when combined with an MUZ-FB35VAH Outdoor Unit.
4. This Promotion applies to a limited number of MSZ-FB35VAH HyperCore® Inverter High Wall
Heat Pump units. Black Diamond Technologies Limited reserves the right to pull this promotion
without notice when these promotional stocks have been sold out.
5. To obtain a free no obligation quote call Mitsubishi Electric on 0800
QUIET AIRCON (0800 784 382) and an Authorised Mitsubishi Electric Dealer
will contact you to arrange a convenient time to provide you an in-home
consultation. If you decide to go ahead with the purchase of a heat pump,
the purchase and installation will need to be arranged between yourself and
the Authorised Mitsubishi Electric Dealer independent from BDT Ltd.
6. The installer or store the HyperCore® Inverter Heat Pump is purchased from will provide a Proof
of Purchase Form. Forms can also be downloaded from www.mitsubishielectric.co.nz/cashback
7. To redeem the Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump offer, send the completed Purchase Form ("Form/s") with a copy of the
installed Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump receipt to:

8. Forms must be received by Black Diamond Technologies Ltd no later than midnight 30th April 2010.
Black Diamond Technologies Ltd will not be responsible for lost or stolen Forms.
9. On receipt of a fully completed and legible Proof of Purchase Form with
a copy of the installed Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump purchase receipt attached,
Black Diamond Technologies Ltd. will send the purchaser a cheque for the amount
stated in Section 2. This cheque will be sent within 15 working days of the receipt
of the purchase information.
